Imorgon springer jag Blodomloppet 10 km här hemma i Karlstad. Ska bli riktigt trevligt. Egentligen har jag väl inga jätte ambitioner. Har börjat en tuff vecka och kommer träna någon timme på förmiddagen innan loppet. Men vill självklart vinna loppet.

Starten går kl 19 utanför Tingvalla.
